All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In Canada, your order will be shipped using Canada Post Regular Parcel with a tracking number unless otherwise specified. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Since we’re a small grassroots nonprofit organization that’s just starting out, we’re not able to offer you free or overnight shipping. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout, based on Canada Post rates per size and weight of products ordered and also the destination.
We do not charge any handling costs, and we will continue to offer the most reasonable shipping costs possible, in order to cover only our expenses.
In the United States, your order will be shipped using Canada Post Tracked Packet.
Anywhere else in the world, your order will be shipped using Canada Post International Parcel Air and won’t include a tracking number. We absolutely welcome international orders! Please message us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to order outside of Canada or the US.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
